 A sudden rainstorm, so I took cover under an awning. Across the street I saw this group huddled under another awning, while in the foreground a woman bought flavored ices for her two boys.

I had several photos I liked from today, so I'm posting this 'bonus' photo, too:

excellent shot, great sharpness, fantastic contrast between the bright colors of the umbrella, signs and shirts and the dull brick wall, car and street. Also love the different expressions of mother, son, vendor and the black woman.

This is a great shot, I like how the women doesn't even seem to care about the rain, she just wants to treat her boys to ices.

I love it how the rain brings out the colors in urban shots. Nice street photo, and I like the hood of the car edging its way into the frame.
