 Again, I really meant to go into town today (about huge town of Socorro pop ~9K) and get some out-and-about-shots but couldn't manage to drive those long nine miles... Did I mention that right now I'm teaching exclusively over the internet so I don't really need to leave home if I don't want to? Anyway, didn't get out, so had to choose from shots I took this morning around the yard :-)

This is Tigey, one of my 12 stray kittens :-) If you look you can see me in his eye squatting down to take his pic. My head is in his pupil, my camera holding arm to the right of his pupil and my squatting rear to the left. You can also see the front yard, with trees in the left and the white house in the back. All of this is just background noise when really his eye itself is the focus with its marvelous colors and patterns!

The reflection in his eye is too cool! I thought this was a wild tiger at first (I can see why his name is Tigey:) Amazing detail on his fur!

Wow - this is Free Study material. Excellent shot and composition. The line of the eye placed in the photo is just outstanding.
