 The end of the month-long project.......

Another of my garden junk planters - a vintage metal cooler probably from the 60's or so. Bought it at a antique-junk store for $20 or so, sprayed it with clear coat, filled the bottom with some styrofoam blocks and planted in it. Then I find out the thing is worth over a hundred bucks. Oh well, it's still going strong and sits out in our yard year round so I guess I got my 20 bucks out of it. After that I started collecting these coolers and have coke, pepsi, 7-up, and others but they're inside!

I have got to come to your house & see this garden of yours! It is so fun & whimsical with all the unique planters you've got there!

the flowers look very happy, so they must like this cooler-do you keep it plugged in? :) (notice it's also very handy to have nearby inthe event one needs a bottle opener while they are touring the gardens..heheheh

The yellow of that Drink Squirt cooler is so nice next the multitude of little blooms. Love it. Thanks for the month of wonderful images and your comments.

Totally you and totally awesome.....
I really like how you have set up your garden in this way and also how you used a set of draws with planted flowers re a previous image.
You have an amazing portfolio and I especially love your flower images so much.
