 Shot this while waiting for my son at his summer camp. I took the dog and the 2mpix P&S and went exploring. I found an interesting set of buildings that included some abandoned buildings.

Opened in Elements 3.0
Adjusted levels, bri/contrast.
Desaturated using individual channels in hue/sat
USM at wide radius for contrast
Cropped
Dodge and burn to bring out details of building
Save for web
Opened - added border
Minor dodge burn
USM at small radius
Save for web (720, <200kb)


I have high hopes that this one will achieve a 6.0 - my best with the Canon Elph 200 - but I really expect a 5.5... especially since it is a free study.

Peter, I really like this one a lot. I think the b/w conversion is outstanding, and the lines / perspective are very well done.
