Ha, well believe it or not when i saw the thumbnail for this I thought to myself 'that looks sharp and pointy!'. there must be some ESP going on here!!
Love the fact that the tips are so jet black and the way they contrast with the red rock and body of each green leaf
very nicely composed |

I hate those plants. We have them here too. People actually plant them in their yards on purpose -- or did when our neighborhood was built in the 40's and 50's, anyway. There's one that reaches through someone's fence onto the sidewalk in town and I'm always tempted to give it a nice drink of, I dunno, gasoline or something, because the stupid thing STABS MY CHILDREN with its needly, naily ends.
whoo. so maybe i have a few issues here.
Nice shot. You did a great job capturing the EVILNESS that is this particular breed of agave. |

WHOA! What the h-e-double hockey sticks are they!?!? That's not another aloe plant is it!? I'd be afraid to touch it, it looks poisonous! |

Very Arizona. I love that red stone in the background -- it really sets off the green in that spiny cactus. |

Hey, is that in your yard? I loved living in AZ while I was growing up - I still get a bit homesick for it every now and then:)
Nice image and nice contrasting colors. |

Those things seriously look freakishly dangerous. GREAT composition, colors and dof. Very nice... but still looks mean! |
