 I FINALLY spotted elk in Flagstaff!!! I was beginning to think they were like Big Foot or The Lockness Monster....after 2 1/2 years in Flag, as I was taking my son to work at the local Golf Club Resort, a group of 7-8 males were resting by the edge of the golf course! I just had to drive back and get my camera, venture bare-footed towards the forest, and capture the majesty of these incredible animals.

I thought it was a perfect fit to the Rolling Stones song, "Before They Make Me Run," as these beauties were resting, only for a short while before moving on further into the woods....the golfers typically make them "run" away.

I like this but it's lacking a little in the oomph department. I'd either play with levels in BW or maybe saturate the colors a bit more. The focus is good.
