Taken downtown in Norwich; will add some outtakes once the challenge ends (was happy with the shoot and got some good shots). I hope it does well, I really like it.

Processing (in PSCS3):

RAW conversion
Crop
Unsharp mask, then masking the scene out
Light gaussian blur, then masking him out
Black and white conversion layer, light painting in the mask to save some color in the subject
curves
resize (2x)

save for web

Nice use of selective desat. Turns the concept on its head - the "unseen" one is the one most sharply in focus, while the unseeing ones dissolve into blur.

I think if you had chosen all b&w it would have been better as it would have made the viewer search for who they don't see.

good shot, like the motion blur, toug i had preferred a pure b/w version. image and title seem to contradict each other.
