 Some tourists across the street from where I work. The textures are bark from a pepper tree and a rose that was growing on a fence around the corner. All taken within a block of where I work.

Love this.. The composition really grabs me... There is a famous Norman Rockwell painting about a little girl walking to school during the days of forced inter-gradation, your capture puts me in mind of that painting, .... The ordinary job of walking becomes a unique artful piece... and Good on you making your own textures!!!

Wow, you are creating your own textures? Cool. I thought you were shooting through a window and I was seeing reflections from the interior.

I like how the lamp at top helps balance your composition.
