Fake fruit that are actually balancing atop one another. No toothpicks were used (but not for lack of trying). Those darn fruit were very tough to pierce.

Very proud of this pic. My personal best!

I think the fake fruit suited the lighting/style well, its very painterly

Congrats on a different take! Wow, what a score and placement, and hooray for your new personal best! :) I really like the vertical orientation of a classic still life subject. The background shading works nicely to highlight the fruit, too. And the green/red combination in the apples is a sweet visual treat.

Would like to see the lighting on the grapes as much as the lower fruit. Still a good shot though.
