I like the shot just as an image outside the challenge. I think cropping a little looser might better convey the sense of speed. I'd also try cloning the color of the main rail all the way across to get rid of the little bit of green, but that's minor.

Good photo but it somehow misses the point.

Excellent freeze, and the sharpness of the car is perfect. Exposure is spot-on. I'd guess it's Skip's work.

Nice clear shot, and the angle adds some good interest to the composition.

very clear...but does not carry the wow effect

Nothing about this photograph speaks about "emotion" except the title.

Nice panning capture but I see no emotion

for me, I don't see concentration, all I see is some guy in a car. I am wondering if this is a crop and there is a much larger version?

Nice panning shot. I have not had a chance to try this form of photography very often. When I have tried it, it hasn't come out this well...

I like the idea and the tilt too. This is a tough one, I am sure the driver is concentrating but it seems hard get the whole feeling, just my opinion not to worry I am not voting :). In a lot of cases I think breaking the rule of thirds works but in this time I think it may have helped to atleast not have the head centered. Kudos though for coming up with a photo that faces forward, not backlit and still able to show emotion.

Boy, that's a stretch, but given the other entries, I'll let it slide.

Love this image! You captured emotion without even seeing his face! Nice job!
