Lighting is really great and I like the contrast and different shades of blue and white. Only thing I think it really needs is one interesting subject to bring the whole composition together, like maybe a gull sitting on a block of wood. Good job.

the rocks/pier the way they are framed in the shot causes a barrier to the eye that is trying to see the expanse of the lake.
