 Shot in early evening at local rodeo. He saw our cameras and posed for the shot.

Nothing was done to this shot except cropping and I smudged out a tiny bit of lens dust.

The light is very harsh,and the bright patch on the riders face is distracting. I am glad that you didn't focus in too closely, as the background plays an important part in the composition.

I feel his face is to much in the shadow, not sure if it is just the hat or if it is because you are facing straight into the light,
