 So in no way is this a winning shot, but it was pretty fun, and I thought it would be a good idea. The day before I took some shots of this field and they were beautiful with the clouds and rays coming through. Couldn't get the rays, but got the clouds how I would have wanted them. Made the plane and tied it to fishing line, hooked to my fishing pole. My buddy held the plane where I wanted it, and I took a bunch of pictures. It was windy so it was hard to get the right angle, but finally got what I had pictured.

Adjustments:
Took single picture and created HDR. With 3 exposures. -2.0, 0, +2.0. Created HDR and tonemapped in Photomatix. Sharpened and added some color saturation. In Jpeg. Cloned out fishing line. Hue & Saturation, Brightness & Contrast. Dodge & Burn on corn stalks. Curves. Selective color, to bring out sky and corn stalks. Resize. Neat Image, USM, Neat Image again. Add border and Saved for Web.

I think you have used too much contrast and/or sharpness filters for this image.

The halo around the plane detracts from the shot. The colours are also a bit oversaturated for my liking.

I dont believe I have every seen a paper airplane like that. Love the colors and how the clouds seem to part a bit right where the plane is at to make the plane pop a little more.

Cute idea, but way over-saturated and dark - note the fringing outlining your plane.

the tones are awesome. the picture seems a bit over sharpened, especially around the edges of the plane, maybe a bit of burning could have been done.
I also which the grass/corn or whatever was more in focus. and those stick things are distracting. Also I'd have turned up the brightness a few notches, the image gives a dark vibe, probably cause it looks to be overcast. Overall I like the picture! nice.

well finally an airplane instaed some paper boat :) not bad butsomething don't work in this photograph. perhaps the too big plants.
