I was just there (*right* there... at Kerry Park) a couple weeks ago, prior to our Alaska cruise. I very nearly submitted my shot from the same vantage point, but didn't. Looks like you had a more clear night than I did -- I was shooting it in a light drizzle.
I don't know what is special about the lit white building in the lower right corner. Knocking that down in brightness and moving the needle in about 50% more than it is would have worked well. I probably would have dodged the apartment complex in the foreground as well. This was an Advanced challenge.
