I like the soft feel to it. I've never seen a bug like with 2 distinct colors, very cool! |

The tail seems a little blown out, normally not a great thing but in this instance it really helps draw the eyes to the wonderful chocolate brown of the head thorax and wingtips |

That tail looks like a knife ready to do some damage! You probably didn't intend it that way but it sure looks cool. |

Now I am inspired to get some dragonflies myself. The harshness is quite apparent in the body of your bud here. If your like me you don't always carry polarizers or nd filters when you've got a camera around your neck, but that would have definitely taken away the whiteout of the body. Still, these little walks we take always seem so calming and fulfilling. |

hope you enjoyed tour walk! your dragonfly looks quite pleased with himself, relaxing on the bark of that tree! i like the touch of green in the corner! |

Nice capture, I find insects very hard to capture well as they tend to be very poor models always moving about! Way to go! |
