 Processing included the following

Auto Levels
Hue/Saturation (Decreased saturation to mute colors giving a grittier feel)
Brightness/Contrast (increased contrast)
USM
Burned the entire image highlights at 4% to darken the mood a bit.
Burned the edges (highlights) at about 45% to create vignetting. Again, I feel I went a bit overboard on the vignetting but I couldn't undo it as I burned too many times to back up to the pre-burn tool state.
