 This is an "A" model of the Apache Attack Helicopter. I was able to get a few shots of this before leaving the airport after Vice President Dick Cheney's motorcade left. This is right about the time the police came by to ask us to move on. I had to photograph through a fence, so the lens was right up against it, this is why the tip of the blade is cut off.

The combination of beautiful sky the color of the ground really brings out the Apache. Even though it's tough to photograph a military vehicle that is suppose to be stealthy.

I really enjoy looking at pictures of military equipment/vehicles. Thanks for sharing.
