 Taken on the neighbor's front steps. He had quite a party on Sunday afternoon, and this dead soldier is still there to prove it.

I'm glad someone else uses the term 'dead solider.' Folk always look strangely at me when I say that :P.

This is a great shot! I love the detail on the little flowers & the out of focus background. The glass also really adds to it, what pretty colors! I've never heard empty glasses called that, I'm gonna have to use that :)

I love the vibrant colors and the great dimension of this image! Starting from the petal in the front through the glass, the pot, the plants... each step you take back there is something interesting to look at.

Very cool colors. It's funny how the glass seems to tilt to the right, yet the "horizon line" of the step appears to be straight.

I thought for sure you had set this up. Great that this was a "find."

I love the range of colours in this shot and the fact that the plant appears slightly droopy mirrors what I imagine your neighbour must have fely like the next day

The standout here is that little pedal on the ground right next to the glass; it balances nicely with the strong colors above.

Party hardy. Nice texture on the step. Not sure I like the aqua tint on the glass, though I have seen some drinks that are mixed to look that way.
