 this was somewhat inspired by the fantasy sequence in fast times at ridgemont high, where judge reinhold couldn't get this image of phoebe cates out of his head.

you know that feeling you have when you dream and you know that 'this must be a dream, because this can't happen in real life...', or it shouldn't happen in real life? just like how you feel when you're attracted to something that you're not supposed to have, but in your dream you are on the verge of acting on your impulse? that feeling you have when you're in over your head... that's what this image is about, and that's why i took it.

The water drops are very striking, but I don't know how this conveys being over your head. Perhaps if this was in the pool, with a wide angle lens, with the other swimmers being far ahead, this may of worked, however I do love this as a photo
