 This is my friend Emily...she is what I call a "camera-whore". Not a bad thing, she just loves getting her pics taken and I don't mind taking them since they give me good editing practice. She wanted a Faux Victoria's Secret Advertisement, but I haven't done anything like this before (only used the text tool one other time) so I did what I could and I think it looks pretty good for my first try. I think it might be a little more realistic if she was showing her bra, but hey-I'm not about to make my friends strip for me. We'll just pretend this is an Ad for perfume of lip gloss or something ;)

I know it looks overdone, but I did it on purpose cuz in magazine ads the hair is sharp but the skin is always supersmooth looking to a point where it almost looks fake. I really didn't do much to her eyes (they are REALLY white)except sharpen them a bit. Blurred the bottom a bit to go along with that "Heavenly" theme...don't know where that came from, but she said heavenly, so I just stuck it in there. She thinks it looks "super-sexy" I think she overacted a bit here, but it turned out pretty cute so I'll let it slide, lol.

Looks like a lot of fun and I think the final version looks like an ad, or at least a spoof of an ad.

As you say, you've overdone the processing. The hairline looks much better (and natural) in the original).
