Yes, this is a picture of my closet. I am hands down a girly-girl when it comes to clothes, and this was the 1st thing I noticed about my apartment "yes! a walk in closet!" It was hard to not get a glare from the flash, but I liked the angle of this shot & thought it would be fun to look back one day on what my closet looked like :)

There is much to be said about keeping shoes in their shoe boxes. I did that for awhile, but don't anymore. And YAY for walk-in closets!!

This is funny - I love it! You really will love looking back at this some day. It will be interesting to see what your perspective on this is later in life.

I am so NOT a girly-girl. Our very small non-walk-in closet is 90% my husband's clothes (mostly work uniforms) and 10% skirts, blouses, and slacks that I never wear. So I find your closet shot fascinating. THIS is how real girls do it! I see now! ;-) (You're very organized. Great job on that.)

Interesting shot. The glare is definitely a problem. The only way around it is either long exposure, or adding some studio type lighting. Thanks for showing a bit of our hidden selves. Our closets are most often off limits to curious eyes.

OMG!!!!! see as a chap I can only shake my head in bewilderment at this shot. I am laughing out loud because I can see 30 pairs of shoes 9or shoe boxes)...What....people really need more than one pair oof black shoes, one pair of trainers and a pair of boots????

Of course the cool thing is if your washing machine breaks down you look as if you could survive until early 2008 with no problems

I dont know why but this shot is just great!!! Love it

Much more organized than my closet, for sure. There's no room for a shelf in my closet, so the shoes are in a giant pile on the floor. I have another closet with more piles of shoes... anyway, back to your photo. Thanks for sharing! It's fun to look at - sort of a peek into your life. :o)

Man, look at all those shoe boxes! I wish I had this much closet space (my little apartment is so cramped).
