Did you do a hue adjustment on the sky? There is a line at the horizon that doesn't seem to be either sky or water. Maybe your adjustment layer for the sky included some of the water which made a different colored line from both.

The composition is great. The concept is not ideal for dichotomy but works at a stretch - the big problem here is image quality (sky gradation provides the starkest example - put the darkness up on your monitor and look at those jaggies!!). This is the fault of the camera not the photographer, though I wonder what you are using to resize and save your jpegs?

Strange purple fringing around the boat. Since this is in advanced editing I would have definitely corrected it.

Composition could be better but thats kinda tough in itself. A 50 - 50 split would have been symbolic but rather static.
