 Two 69 cent cups on black and white poster board. Lit with two fixed Lowel lights with umbrellas, one from front and one directly overhead to highlight inside of the white cup with black interior. (cold milk in cup on hot, humid day creates condensation and much frustration...)

PP: RAW conversion, with much attention to exposure and histogram. Lots of time spent selecting out each of the 10 components of the image. Then just levels on each component with a little color balance on the milk.

now that's a well thought composition! good choice of props and background, good lighting, even the border works well. only nitpick would be the slight pinkish cast in the cups and milk.
