 Today was the "big parade" in town. I only took a few pictures but liked this one the most. And it was really hot outside also and I didn't feel like doing a whole lot anyway.

You've really captured Summer so far. I like this shot. I'm especially drawn to the chalk scribbling in the lower right hand corner. It looks like an artists signature on your photo :)

What? No tractors in the parade? What kind of parade is this? lol Did you get out in the street and get a pic or were you lazy like me and just sat in your chair and pointed the camera down the road? lol

Great view, you've really captured the 'small town' parade here! This brings back memories; I was in the marching band in high school in a small town, and we had to march in these things wearing big black wool suits and fuzzy tall hats in the scorching heat...

Interesting perspective. It gives me an idea - you could write your name in tall letters on the road, and that would look like your signature on the photo (and thus get around the no-added-text rule!)
