 I just got back from Colorado. The tundra was so pretty with flowers popping out everywhere. It was kind of windy, and the weather didn't cooperate for getting the really great photos I was hoping for, but I can always be happy if I can capture a landscape sprinkled with elk :)

Excellent composition with the strong diagonal, and the color is wonderful - love those bits of yellow and blue. Nice family portrait!

Sandy!! you are such an artist! This is GORGEOUS! the angles set by the hill against the tree line is great. Excellent lighting shift bright to dark, I could never getthat perfect exposure mix!

WOW - I missed this one. I can just see Julie Andrews coming up from around the corner. I love the slant of the mountain with the one animal (what is it?) stepping upward. So pretty.

Love the angled horizon. That was a technique discussed in Popular Photography this month to give an otherwise ho hum shot some drama. You did catch some drama with this one.

What a beautiful scene! The wild mountains flowers are incredible and having the elk there makes it even better. You captured this scene beautifully.
