I like the concept here. Putting the main focal point somewhere other than the middle would have helped the drama.

This would be AWESOME with some great, moody clouds.

The low point of view makes this an effective picture. I think I would have cropped away some of the empty white at the top, which would also throw the face off center and make the composition work better.
