For Michelle who requested shots from inside the house, bay windows in the library. Painted the frames again recently and yeah, I still need to scrape the glass! LOL. Processing involved levels for WB since I forgot to change it in camera from cloudy to flash, lol. Oh and I was against the opposite wall with the lens set at 18mm so sqaure crop is not possible with this one. Not terribly good or very interesting but I worked over tonight and just didn't have the energy to do anything very interesting, lol.

That's got a great feel to it and I am impressed by the dark walls. I am a wuss about painting colors on walls. Hope it's clearing up for the move.

Oops I need to get in here since you are honoring my request lol.

Bay windows are awesome! You know - I think you could get some seriously good photos here using natural lighting. Just like someone else said here, take a pic during the daylight and I think you will love the difference. No flash!

OK you say that this is not intersting but I maintain that for this challenge it is absolutely spot on. This is a slice of your life as per 6th July 2007, a night spent painting, tired, yet still prepared to keep you run of images going

Very cool shot, I love huge windows like this. I always have liked having pictures around the houses & places where I have lived, it's always fun to look back on them.

love love love this kind of windows. Both the bay construction and the many square panes. Even the ones where the pane is artificially divided into many squares by an overlay -- but especially the older ones that really are made of an array of squares of glass.

Nothing like painting window frames in a house with tons of windows and trim! And you can tape before, scrape after, or both and you'll still miss a spot. Gotta love. It's worth all the character and charm though.

I am extra impressed though at the neighbors peeling/cracked paint that you can see through the glass. So I wouldn't feel so bad about not scraping the windows. I like how crisp the white is against the blue walls. And bay windows are beautiful, so nice image.

I'm curious to see the same shot in daylight. Wondering what the view is like.
