Ok, have looked at this 3 times. Decided it needs a comment :) hehe

Sun flare behind people is always difficult to handle but I have found a trick I'd like to share because your people are a tad soft. I tried (and failed) more times than I care to mention. You have done much better here than I did on my first 50 tries, soooo, a big ole KUDOS for you there. Okay, on to the trick. :) I have found that if you block the sunlight until your camera focuses and then lock the focus and release the shade, you get a much sharper image with more contrast on the people. Also, use a little bit higher DOF rather than a faster shutter speed to kill some of the ambient light and make your sun/flare pop a bit more without being quite so intrusive/bright on the faces of the folks. One more thing... (I know, shut up already) use either a flash or a reflector to get some of the light back onto the faces of the subjects. He is a tad dark and she is really bright.

Shutting up now, I hope this helps :)

Nice shot! For some reason you purposely included the flare, but I wonder to play the flare up, how would it look if you cropped in on the right side until about the middle of the bright spot? But then again, I'm not sure about that. Regardless though, I do like that flare there, but can't figure out why.
