I like this! The orange undertones, the pink petals. Great perspective.

No clue what you are using for the lighting, but it works real well!
Cropped a bit wide in my opinion.

Lovely. I like the color on the underside of these petals.

Lighting really plays up the textures and colors. Crop out half the negative space on the left and it will have more impact.

I love (been using that word a lot in my comments lately! LOL) but I love the lighting and colors of the petals! However, something doesn't set right with me. I tried blocking off the black with a book like bear suggested but it still looked 'wrong' imo. I think its the angle of the flower. The way it faces out of the frame.

I'm a fan of negative black or white space, so this shot works for me! I love that the petals are a different color on one side. Great shot.

Maybe Bear's right- but it is beautiful this way too. I love every aspect of daisies- lovely texture in the petals & stem.

Nice composition. And the colors and detail in the flower are great.

Higher score on DPC Bears way. That flower is fantastic. Love all the colors you captured. Love the blue on the green, nice.

I see what Bear means. A little more punch to the beautiful flower that way...but either way...wonderful colors and focus to the flower.

I love the colors! I like the black background. This set-up is neat, but maybe turning the flower to face left instead of right so it's looking into the negative space. just an idea

DON'T TOUCH IT!!!! This is a beautiful shot! I love the way the pitch black negative space not only brings out, yet softens the colors, but lends a certain mystique to it that I wouldn't ordinarily associate with a lovely flower. The vastness of the negative space gives it an interesting feel, IMO.

The pink on the top side of the petal's is a nice surprise.
A little less solid black would perk up the whole thing.

Another example of negative and positive space arbitrarily divided in the center of the image. Crop half the black off the left and yer in business...
