Taken at a friend's farm in Holly, MI.

Just much to it really - snapped the shot at about 4 p.m. just before a storm rolled in.

PP- cropped slightly, removed color, changed to sepia, levels, sharpened, saved for Web.

beautiful image, sepia works very well. composition might have been better, if the horizon wasn't in the center - that would also have put the farmhouse at the "rule of thirds" point. 3D-frame is a bit overdone, the bright edge at right is distracting.

I really like this. I can't tell if it's been brought down to sepia tones or if this is just a very muted scene, but I like it.

This is a bit dark on my monitor sadly. Good composition and perspective though.

Normally, this would look a little too much "split down the middle". However, who would want to lose those clouds, or the ripples in the wheat? Sepia was a terrific choice for this one.
