I think this would have had much more impact if you'd taken it at an angle. Try rotating and cropping it to see what you think.

Wonderful image! I love the "dizzying" effect of the relatively large area of the carpet contrasting with the sleek lines of the sidewalk and bannister. Colors are very vivid as well. Very nicely composed.

Needs to be rotated slightly anti-clockwise I think, to make the posts vertical and the carpet lines horizontal. It seems skewiff at the mo
