| The macro photographer's worst enemy is depth of field. Trying to get everything sharp is a nightmare. The only ay is to put the lens parallel to the object. In this image over half the caterpillar is out of focus, which is a shame. |

| The lighting did not help, using fill flash can help bring out the colors - leave the shutter speed slow enough to expose for the bkground |
