 I went to visit my godson Joaquin this weekend, whom I'm sure many of you have seen already since he is my exclusive baby model. I've known his mother (Adriana) since I was born and we've always been best friends through our mothers. She asked me to be one of the godmothers before he was even born, which I was happy about but also suprised since I am an agnostic and was never baptised myself. Still, she made me the second godmother and his aunt the first, (since she had been baptised) but it was still very nice of her and shows how much trust she puts into me.

She was pretty young when she had him (19) so I make sure to come out to visit her at least every other weekend so she doesn't get too bored hanging around the baby or his grandparents. I love this little guy as close to a son as possible, he's so happy and funny and is so eager to walk even though he's only 5 months old! Well anyway, I just thought I'd snap a pic while he was passed out and looking fo cute/funny in his little comical onsie :D

What a sweet photo! His mom will treasure this one for sure. I just love how their cheeks kind of go with gravity when they are sleeping. Love the onesie as well.

Your story put a couple little tears in my eyes. It sounds like your friend knew that godparents are more than just religious sponsors. I love babies and you've captured this angel beautifully. And I love the onesie. Quite funny!
