 It was a heavily foggy day.
High film speed (400) seemed to me appropriate - with the effects so similar to the "grain" of fog.
Applied just a touch of NeatImage and a step of UnsharpMask.

Nice gradation of the muted colors. Wonderful calm reflections. Good variation of direction with the ducks looking in several different ways.

You did a pretty good job with the horizon here. Its just about dead on. The focus is a different story though. If this was a little more focused it would be a better image. I'm torn on the exposure. I think its just a tad underexposed, then I think its okay... I guess it could go either way. Great find and capture.

It's a cool pic... but it seems like there should be mroe in the background... to give the scene some sense of depth.
