I photoshop rotation and crop, levels, curves, selective colour, saturation, usm, clone out a bit of dust on the left side and select the gull for clone out the usm effect on the border. pro contrast filter from nik collection.

I think the sky could be blended better and some sharpening to the top of the rock. It's a very cool looking place and great timing with that bird and boat. I'll stick with a 7.
The rock lost some of its detail because it is so light. this is a beautifully composed photograph with some wonderful delicate colors and i think it would be just perfect to have more shadows in the rock
