A better pose would be have her sit with her legs to the side.
it is hard to shoot white ..I always tell my clients to where anything but white. |

| Think you did well with the flash here. Face is well lit w/o being harsh. At the same time, the white shirt appears blown out (on my monitors anyway), but I imagine you didn't tell her how to dress when she woke up ;). |

| Higher POV will make more flattering photo IMO. |
