wonderful perspective. I think I miss that hair of DOF that would have made the left side of the building sharp.

Not enough of a subject. Needs to be bigger, closer shot.

I like the subject and the stone edifice against the black sky, but I think that the lighting in the forefront takes away from the ominous feel that the gargoyle and the stone seem to be representing.

Excellent angle, contrast, and composition. Should have entered this in the POV challenge also.

Very cool! What building is this? Don't have anything this old around here. :-(

He does look like a creature that should hide during the day, but of course he doesn't. Good choice to take the building at an angle - it increases the dramatic feel of the shot.

I see you've been sneaking around my house, taking pictures of me! How dastardly of you! I really like this shot. Your strong composition and point of view makes that gargoyle really stick out. Lighting is just a bit harsh, but a fun image.

good idea/subject, and even better execution. The dof really makes this image. The pov is great as well, but the dof makes it "jump" out of frame. Good work.

Nice idea. You didn't quite get the DOF, probabally the gargoyle was too far away.

I might have zoomed in and darkened it a bit to bring out the creepyness. Good subject.
