I like this shot but will ahve to agree that the dark vignette in the top park of the frame is bothersome. |

Interesting perspective. With this angle the ropes look mighty long. I like the striped color of the piling. |

I like the idea of this, but I'm not overly enamored with the horizontally centered composition of the rope tie, and the ship looks a bit too artificially dark to me. I might crop some off the right to bring the tie right a bit, but I'm not sure that would do what I'm looking for . . . (helpful, ain't I?). |
