Hot love! Burning love! Wild, out of the box, passion. Three liberated matches entwined in a flaming inferno. Hard to get the exposure just right. Used NeatImage to reduce noise slightly. Minor adjustment to levels.

Like how you can see the details of the matches in within the flame also, but with all the negative space the photo seems a bit boring. Maybe a tighter crop would help? Excellent shot overall. 8

Terrific! These matchsticks look like burning human figures standing back to back. Very creative and well done. I like it very much.

Amazing detail on the flames. Very nice colours. Looks very natural, not over exposed or oversharpened, just right. You could work on the composition a bit to make it more interesting. But this is certainly a good macro photo.

Technical: fits the challenge. Exposure lighting composition focus all good.

Personal: Nicely done!

One of the better fire shots I've seen. Somehow lacking interest or mystery.

Very interesting idea. The definition on the match heads is good.

great idea, well captured,
would have worked even better(for me) with the base cropped.
Good work

The title is great and the shot is very good!

Exposure is good with the flame not blown out. Doesnt really have much 'wow' factor, though. It could be because it's a little too centered maybe - it's just kinda there.
