 Put Fruit Loops in a tube suspended above the bowl of milk, then let the cereal go and took a few shots as they hit the milk. Took many shots with better splashes, only to see the Fruit Loop 'debris' on the rim of the bowl later, so used on of the first shots. Lit with a 580ex in an umbrella on the left and a silver reflector on the right.

Wish this was advanced editing to take care of a few spots and bring out a little more detail in the white areas.

this is great! I love the fun of the colored cereal and the way it hits the milk, which looks very creamy here, more like yogurt actually. I wonder how a darker background above the bowl would have worked? I can't decide if there's "too much" white here- The blue flowers on the bowl add a little extra panache! Nice!

Fruit Loops advertisement anyone?
This great, I love the composition and how well you froze the flying fruit loops. I'm not sure how I feel about the blue flower pattern on the bowl though. I think it detracts attention from the main subject.
