I like how your photo makes a statement. Somehow I don't like the composition. The banana points out of the photo and even though you placed the pepper using the rule of thirds it's the paring to the right which draws my attention. I don't really know why. Anyway, lighting and focus are good. -stephan

You'd have to put molé sauce on your banana split...

The photo might be more effective if the background color was different. 6.

One of my fave shots this week. Altho this idea has been used in a few other shots I like this the best because it is simple, and the 2 totally opposite colours are great. Red and Yellow (and a blue background) all the primary colours, its awesome. I think it could look better if the banana skin was at a slightly different angle tho, so you can see all 3 peels without one being hidden, but I still vote this a big fat 10! - Konador

Geeeee....Quite clever! Good use of color, although, I'd like a different background color...black would really make it snap. Very good anyway. Congratulations!

Good luck in the challenge! Grayce...aka...Gracious

I really like this image. It is well lit (appropriate to the subject), sharp, and well composed. It is also a creative piece of storytelling.

Great title and good set up. The stem on the pepper doesn't quite work in this set up, but that's really picking a nit. 9 Swash

You are very creative. I like the curve of the peel bending to the right, and the choice of the pepper coming out of the banana. I'm not sure I am liking the background. Hmmm. Overall a good idea and shot.
