 Taken at Plymouth Hoe, it's the upper portion of John Smeaton's Eddystone Lighthouse, the first ever lighthouse of this design, now universally adopted. (Taken and submitted while on holiday and my laptop screen is not great so sorry if the pp looks pants.)
