 an indian guy, one of our laborer in the warehouse.

editing steps:

slightly rotate, auto contrast, auto levels, hue/saturation, curves, color balance, shadow/highlight, hue/saturation again, flatten image, crop, resize, unsharp mask, add frame, save for web.

Would've been much better if you would've cropped off some of the image to the left...
