i think you should clean up whatever blurring you did to the background around ther person because she has a distracting fuzzy halow around her now. i agree about the composition here though its very nice, you placed the person well

great seascape.like the contrast between the details of the foreground and the softness of the rocks in the back. the person is well composed.
