This was actually taken for the Negative Space challenge, and within the challenge period.
It was taken while I was away on holiday, and I went so far as to organise processing the image remotely. I was gutted when I realised my camera's date had reset earlier in the trip due to a freak error, and so I couldn't submit due to the invalid EXIF (thankfully it only reset to the start of the month, hence the validity for this challenge!).
At least my misfortune allowed me to do some advanced editing this time round. My team's score may have suffered though, we didn't have many entries that week!
It was complete luck that the plane happened to appear while I was watching the kite flyer, I was lucky that my partner pointed it out in time for me to get the camera ready.
