 50 year old vase. The image might be a bit crooked, darn it. I love this simple vase, though.

crop
cloan a few dust spots away
adjust levels
resize for web
unsharp mask
cloan the texture out of the rough table
run thru neat image


this still has odd spots from the texture of the table and my zealous attempts at sharpening!

Actually I really like the texture in the reflection, it adds a lot to the shot IMO.

Hey, Darlene. The image is not noticeably crooked to me. The vase is a classic shape and the symmetrical composition works well for that. Good lighting and interesting shadow. I might like to see a bit more space at the top, but overall it's a beautiful shot!
