 A friend of mine introduced me to the "World's Greatest Sandwich", a recipe that was created for the movie Spanglish, apparently. So, every once in a while, I get everything together and put together a sloppy masterpiece. Basically, a BLT with some egg and cheese. But, if you want to get fancy, you can get all the perfect ingredients and assemble it just right. If you want to make one yourself, here is the recipe, straight from the chef and the movie: World's Greatest Sandwich

Oh, and the photo. Finished putting the sandwich together, and sat the plate on a chair near the window to get some natural sunlight (hence the blown out plate edge). A few adjustments in PS and some gothic glow around the edges for the deeper coloring.

Wow, that does look like the "World's Greatest Sandwich" This should be in some food magazine. Thanks for sharing the recipe- I'll be making one of my own soon.
