 Taken along the Eastside Esplanade in Portland, Oregon - Willamette River. The tree had a few of these little guys all fluffed up from the cold. This one was the only one that didn't fly away as I inched closer to it. Not sure what type of bird it is, but they are cute little buggers.

Very Cool. To bad it isnt spring time...the tree would be much more colorful, but you dont have control over that!
