| The composition suffers from the distraction of the foreground...the dish? And the focus is not as sharp as it could be.. The colors are good. Generally though, it seems like, a little more effort could be put into arranging this and it would be first class. I hope this will help. |

| Nice set up shot, but shotting across the bowl face implies (to me) focus across the frame. In case I'm wrong, 8 Swash |

| I really like the way you have used DOF in this shot; it works really well. I also think you have achieved a really good balance of colour between the positive and negative areas and both the composition and camera angle work well. Nice shot (8) |

| This is interesting. But I think the bowl (?) edge forground detracts a bit. Good background. The old banana is kind of interesting, but doesn't seem to fit with the apples, which are fresh. I like it, but it has a sort of disharmony that's a little confusing. 6 |

| A couple of things.. I wish that either more of the bowl were showing, or less. I think that the dark rim in the front is almost distracting. The colors of the fruit are very nice. I might have prefered a more yellow banana, but this is fruit, not perfection. right? The focus and clarity are nice. Overall good photo. Good luck in the challenge. ~HBunch7187~ |

| Composition is a little disjoint. The edge of the basket on the bottom is very distracting, it stops all flow in the image down there. |

| I think this lacks a focal point and it isn't the clearest picture. The perspective seems like it could use a little help. I'm not sure what, but it just doesn't "seem" right. |
