I think the Dalai Lama would laugh his head off if he saw this. He appears to revel in incongruity. |

Isn't it strange but I find this image disturbing, there's something about the the Dalai Lama's image getting trashed that makes me think how little we value peace, and Marilyn looks smugly on. The complete indifference of the man standing there seems representative of the way we are. Sad. |

Such a strange pose for the portrait - the Dalai Lama looks more like a glad-handing politician than a spiritual leader, although I guess they are much of the same thing nowadays - but odd, the lack of reverence in it. Great contrast between the two different posters and their subjects. |

I get the impression the Dalai Lama tour wasn't a hit. And I do like the fact his poster was next to Marilyn Manson's. Not exactly two people you'd likely see side by side. |
